This is a video Rowe Hessler did quite awhile ago but that makes it no less insightful. Rowe does a series of example solves mainly focusing on the F2L section of CFOP.
This video is done by one of my favourite online teachers, badmephisto. This video will help show you ways and techniques to deliberately practice your F2L in your practice sessions.
This is a great video featuring some uncommon F2L cases. This video shows the use of D moves in your F2L and show you the importance of algorithm F2L
